The hotel had a lovely decoration, with soothing colors and a peaceful ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the effort made to create an environment that was comfortable and suitable for older guests.
It would have been even better if the children working there provided more assistance to senior guests during their vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sultan Pier! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the historic center. The bathroom had great lighting, especially the mirror area. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and assisting us with online ticket purchases. The breakfast served in the nearby hotel was delicious, especially when enjoyed on the terrace facing Little Aya Sofiya. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, price, and excellent service.

I had a phenomenal experience at Sultan Pier. It quickly became my favorite hotel in the Sultanahmet area. the location is amazing, right in the heart of the vibrant and central neighborhood. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the room had a stunning view. It was also impeccably clean, which was crucial for my wife. I won't have to deal with her nagging about the room, so I am definitely coming back.
Nothing, it's perfect! 👌
